Sequential Conveyor Belt Motor Control System

- Programmed interlocked sequence-control ladder logic in Omron CX-Programmer for a three-motor (M1–M3) conveyor line with sensor-based product handoff: START latches M1, S1 passes the product to M2, S2 to M3, and S3 restarts M1 in a repeating cycle until STOP.
- Implemented latched SET/RESET stage coils with sensor-driven interlocks ensuring only one motor runs per transfer stage, plus stop-dominant control that halts the whole sequence from any stage.
- Configured an Omron PT-series HMI screen showing live ON/OFF indication for M1–M3 with screen-key START/STOP operation, and validated the full sequence via CX-Programmer simulation and online PLC monitoring.
