The Healthcare Management System provides complete EMR functionality with offline AI assistance. This guide covers all core features and workflows.
Patient Management
Registering Patients
- Click REGISTER NEW PATIENT on dashboard
- Enter required information:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Add optional details:
- Contact information
- Medical history
- Current medications
- Allergies
- Click SAVE PATIENT RECORD
Patient ID is auto-generated (PATIENT-001, PATIENT-002, etc.)
Viewing Patient Records
Click any patient on dashboard to view:
- Overview - Demographics and summary
- Medical History - Conditions, medications, allergies
- Visits - Consultation history
- Vital Signs - Trending data
- Lab Results - Test results
- Immunizations - Vaccination records
Recording Visits
- Select patient
- Click NEW VISIT
- Enter visit details:
- Date and type
- Chief complaint
- Assessment and plan
- Vital signs (optional)
- Click SAVE VISIT RECORD
AI Clinical Assistant
Using the AI
- Open patient record
- Click AI ASSISTANT
- Wait for context loading
- Enter clinical question
- Press Enter or click ASK AI ASSISTANT

FHIR Integration
Importing FHIR Data
- Click IMPORT FHIR on dashboard
- Select FHIR R4 JSON file
- System validates and imports
- Patient added to database
